Sunday Salmon is a delicious, NO-COST, organic, gluten and seed-oil-free community restaurant on Wolfensberger & Park Street in Castle Rock, CO. We are open on various weekdays, and EVERY Sunday, with two dinner seatings, the first at 5 pm, and the second at 6 pm. Upcoming dates are listed in the section below.​

The restaurant is community-style, with tables seating 10-12 guests. Our goal? To foster connections by seating neighbors from all walks of life together to share family-style wholesome organic meals, good conversation, and a sense of belonging.
