Sunday Salmon is a Castle Rock, Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to fighting food insecurity, reducing social isolation, and restoring dignity through nourishing meals and meaningful human connection. We believe everyone deserves access to healthy, high-quality food, regardless of their income, age, circumstances, or ability to pay.

Our NO-COST community restaurant is open EVERY Sunday, with two dinner seatings at 5:00 pm and 6:15 pm! We serve delicious, chef-prepared, organic, gluten-free, and seed-oil-free meals, with accommodations for various dietary needs. We also bring nourishing meals into our community through our meal delivery program, school lunch partnerships, senior dining events, and mobile food trailer.

At Sunday Salmon, everyone has a seat at the table. Our restaurant features family-style dining, with tables seating 10–12 guests from all walks of life.
